Angang Steel Company Limited Announces Management Changes The board of directors of Angang Steel Company Limited announced that Mr. Wang Baojun tendered his resignation as executive director, deputy general manager, chief accountant, secretary to the board, joint company secretary and authorized representative of the Company to the Board on 11 February 2025 due to changes in work arrangement.
