SANKEI REAL ESTATE Inc. completed the acquisition of Omori Park building from The Sankei Building Co., Ltd. SANKEI REAL ESTATE Inc. entered into contract to acquire Omori Park building from The Sankei Building Co., Ltd. for ¥5.4 billion on August 6, 2019. In related deal, SANKEI REAL ESTATE Inc. agreed to acquire Shinagawa Seaside TS Tower for ¥10.04 billion and additional 15% in Breeze Tower for ¥4.5 billion and Hotel Intergate Hiroshima from The Sankei Building Co., Ltd. for ¥3.99 billion. Payment is expected to be made on September 3, 2019. The deal is expected to be financed from proceeds from the issuance of new investment units for ¥12.93 billion and borrowed funds of ¥12.9 billion.
