Harmony Biosciences Holdings, Inc., a commercial-stage pharmaceutical company, focuses on developing and commercializing therapies for patients with rare and other neurological diseases in the United States. The company offers WAKIX (pitolisant), a molecule with a novel mechanism of action for the treatment of excessive daytime sleepiness in adult patients with narcolepsy. It also develops Pitolisant that is in Phase 3 clinical trial for the treatment of Prader-Willi Syndrome (PWS); in Phase 2 clinical trial to treat Myotonic Dystrophy (DM1); and is in Phase 1 clinical trials for the treatment of Pitolisant Gastro-Resistant (GR) and High-Dose (HD).
