The parent trust, RioCan Real Estate Investment Trust, is an unincorporated closed-end trust governed under the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and constituted pursuant to a Declaration of Trust (Declaration) and as most recently amended and restated on June 2, 2020. The Trust’s corporate headquarters and registered head office are located at the RioCan Yonge Eglinton Centre, 2300 Yonge Street, Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
