Its portfolio is comprised of over 375 properties totaling approximately 31 million square feet of gross leasable area, consisting primarily of net lease retail properties located across Canada. CT REIT is Canada’s premier net lease real estate investment trust with the principal objective of creating long-term value for unitholders by growing its portfolio of income producing properties and development projects, benefiting from its relationship with Canadian Tire Corporation, its most significant tenant and controlling unitholder.
