Amber International Holding Limited Announces Board and Committee Changes Amber International Holding Limited announced the appointment of Ms. Noorsurainah Tengah as an independent director of the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board"), effective May 21, 2026. Ms. Tengah will serve on the Board's Corporate Governance and Nominating Committee and Investment Committee. Ms. Tengah is Head of Alternative Assets and Listed Assets at the Brunei Investment Agency (BIA), the sovereign wealth fund of the Government of Brunei, where she also serves on the Investment Committee and Management Committee. She brings to Amber International's Board extensive experience in sovereign wealth investment, alternative assets, institutional asset management, and public-company governance across multiple jurisdictions, at a pivotal stage in the Company's growth as a Nasdaq-listed digital wealth management platform. Ms. Tengah has led Alternative Assets and Listed Assets at BIA since December 2019, and previously served as Head of Alternative Assets and Real Estate during her tenure at the agency. She concurrently serves as an Independent Non-Executive Director of Mapletree Industrial Trust Management Ltd., the manager of Mapletree Industrial Trust since April 2023, and as a Director of Perennial Holdings Private Limited and Perennial Group Private Limited since May 2024.Over the preceding five years, Ms. Tengah has held senior leadership and board positions across listed companies, including directorships atEG Acquisition Corp. andBoqii Holding Limited(NYSE: BQ), giving her direct experience as a director of U.S.-listed public companies. Amber International Holding Limited Announces Management Changes Amber International Holding Limited announced the successful completion of the merger (the "Merger") between iClick Interactive Asia Group Limited ("iClick") and Amber DWM Holding Limited ("Amber DWM") on March 12, 2025 (Eastern Time). As previously announced, the Merger was approved by iClick's shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting (the "EGM") held on January 3, 2025. Effective immediately upon the Closing, the Company's Board of Directors (the "Board") and management consist of the following individuals: Mr. Michael Wu has been appointed as the chairman of the Board. Mr. Wu is a co-founder of Amber Group, which is Amber DWM's shareholder and strategic partner. Mr. Wayne Huo has been appointed as the Company's chief executive officer and a director. Mr. Huo is also a co-founder of Amber Group. Mr. Wing Hong Sammy Hsieh, who previously served as a director of iClick, continues to serve as a director of the Company after the Closing. Mr. Lub Bun Chong, who previously served as an independent director of iClick, continues to serve as an independent director of the Company after the Closing. Mr. Philip Kan, who previously served as an independent director of iClick, continues to serve as an independent director of the Company after the Closing. Mr. Winson Ip Wing Wai, who previously served as an independent director of iClick, continues to serve as an independent director of the Company after the Closing. Ms. Josephine Ngai Yuk Chun, who previously served as chief financial officer of iClick, has been appointed as the Company's chief financial officer.
