Everyone talks about AI helping people shop. This company wants AI to finish the purchase.
Instead of simply recommending products like ChatGPT or Gemini, its software answers questions, manages the shopping journey, and completes checkout—all in one conversation.
If AI shopping agents become mainstream, this could become the infrastructure behind them.
Why I'm interested
✅ Management expects revenue to jump from $46.8 million to $360 million in 2026.
✅ More than $230 million of next year's revenue is already contracted.
✅ Core software generates 90%+ gross margins, giving the business enormous operating leverage if it executes.
Even more interesting, Microsoft and Google aren't trying to compete with the product—they're helping distribute it through their cloud platforms.
The real opportunity
Most AI models are built to generate answers.
This platform was built specifically for commerce.
It uses retailers' product catalogues, inventory and policies to reduce hallucinations and help shoppers move from a question to a completed purchase in a single conversation.
If conversational commerce becomes the next evolution of online shopping, owning the checkout could become far more valuable than owning the search bar.
The biggest risk
Execution.
Management is guiding extraordinary growth, but converting signed contracts into live enterprise deployments is never simple.
At the same time, larger players like Amazon, Shopify and Microsoft all have the resources to develop competing solutions if the market proves attractive enough.
My takeaway
This is one of the most controversial AI companies I've researched this year.
If agentic commerce becomes a genuine platform shift, the company could be building critical infrastructure for the next generation of online retail.
If adoption stalls, however, today's ambitious growth expectations may prove difficult to achieve.
Read the full deep dive to see why I believe this could become one of Europe's most interesting AI growth stories—and why the investment case ultimately comes down to one question: Will AI simply recommend products, or will agents start buying them for customers?
