Atlas Arteria Limited owns, develops, and operates toll roads in France, Germany, and the United States. It holds 30.82% interest in the APRR motorway network, 30.85% interest in the ADELAC commuter road, and 30.82% interest in the A79 transversal link located in France; 100% interest in the Warnow Tunnel located in Rostock, Germany; 66.67% interest in the Chicago Skyway situated in Chicago, United States; and 100% interest in the Dulles Greenway located in Virginia, United States. The company was formerly known as Macquarie Atlas Roads Limited and changed its name to Atlas Arteria Limited in May 2018.
