Using spot rates at the end of November 2024, Frontline would generate approximately $314.0 million in free cash flow annually, the equivalent of a free cash flow yield of ~10%. The aggressive capital structure composed of 53% debt is the key reason behind my hold rating. Although the debt load is manageable at current rates, it could change pretty quickly.
